Holly Carter Vega is a Marine Corps spouse who was named the 2019 Military Spouse of the Year. She has been a volunteer for 20, including with L.I.N.K.S., an interactive acculturation program specific to the Marine Corps that empowers new or young Marine Corps spouses. The Vega family was also named the 2019 Central Florida USO Marine Corps Family of the Year.
