Carlos Perez is a retired Army Engineer Officer with over 26 years of active duty service. He presently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (www.aafmaa.com). Carlos holds a B.S. degree in Economics from West Point and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
